This dynamic event celebrated the rich and diverse cultural heritage of South Asia, featuring an extraordinary blend of traditional and contemporary elements.
One of the standout highlights of the event was the participation of Don Ransinghe, co-owner and head of the drinks program at Smoke & Bitters, Matara, Sri Lanka – ranked #29 in Asia’s 50 Best Bars. Don mesmerized attendees with his exceptional mixology skills, crafting innovative beverages that showcased Sri Lanka’s unique flavors infused with modern techniques.
The Cross Culture Weekend offered guests an immersive experience through a curated selection of traditional and modern South Asian cuisines and beverages, reflecting the region’s vibrant cultural essence.
