Attestation, Authentication, Legalization of Documents
Instructions for Applicants
To be eligible for obtaining the services of attestation, authentication, and legalization of documents, the applicant should be a Sri Lankan citizen, and should possess valid identification documents and bring all relevant documents to the Embassy in person
Documents Required:

- Duly completed application form (Download)
- Original existing Sri Lankan Passport with valid visa to stay in the country of Residence
- Original Sri Lanka National Identity Card (N.I.C) or driving license
