The Embassy and Permanent Mission of Sri Lanka in Bangkok commemorated the 78th Anniversary of the Independence of Sri Lanka with elegance and national pride on 23rd February 2026 at the prestigious Hyatt Regency Bangkok.
Sri Lanka Pavilion Shines at 73rd Bangkok Gems & Jewelry Fair
The Embassy of Sri Lanka in Bangkok facilitated Sri Lanka’s significant participation at the 73rd edition of the Bangkok Gems & Jewelry Fair (BGJF), currently being held from 22–26 February 2026 at the Queen Sirikit National Convention Center, Bangkok.
ජනාධිපති මාධ්ය අංශය සහ රජයේ ප්රවෘත්ති දෙපාර්තමේන්තුව ශ්රී ලංකාවේ ප්රචලිත ඩිජිටල් තොරතුරු සපයන සමාගමක් වන “හෙළකුරු” සමඟ එක්ව අද සිට රාජ්ය නිවේදන එසැනින් ඔබ වෙත ගෙන ඒමට සූදානම්ව ඇත.
මෙවැනි වැඩසටහනක් දකුණු ආසියාතිකර රටක ක්රියාත්මක වන ප්රථම වතාව මෙය වීම විශේෂත්වයකි.

The President’s Media Division and the Department of Government Information have collaborated with Helakuru, one of Sri Lanka’s leading digital information agencies, to bring government announcements promptly. This is the first time that such a programme has been implemented in a South Asian country.
