Ambassador of Sri Lanka & Permanent Representative to the Kingdom of Thailand E.A.S Wijayanthi Edirisinghe, participated in the “CTBT@30: 30 Years of the Comprehensive Nuclear-Test-Ban Treaty (CTBT) in ASEAN” Youth Outreach Event, jointly organized by the Comprehensive Nuclear-Test-Ban Treaty Organization (CTBTO) and the Office of Atoms for Peace (OAP) in Bangkok.

බෝවන රෝග සඳහා වන ගෝලීය ප්‍රතිචාර දර්ශකයට අනුව COVID-19 ව්‍යසන කාලය තුල රටේ නායකත්වයේ කාර්යක්ෂමතාව හා ඵලදායීතාවය සහ COVID 19 සමඟ සටන් කිරීමට එහි සෞඛ්‍ය පද්ධතියේ සූදානම පදනම්ව ශ්‍රී ලංකාව 9 වැනි ස්ථානයේ රඳවා ඇත. මෙය අප රටට ඉමහත් ගෞරවයක් ලෙස මම සලකමි. ඕස්ට්‍රේලියාවේ සහතිකලත් කළමනාකරණ ගණකාධිකාරීන්ගේ ආයතනය (ICMA) විසින් මෙම ශ්‍රේණිගත කිරීම සිදු කර ඇත.   தொற்று நோய்களை எதிர்த்து போராடும் உலகளாவிய சுட்டியில் இலங்கை ஒன்பதாவது இடத்திற்கு தரப்படுத்தப்பட்டிருக்கின்றது. இதனை நான் நம் நாட்டிற்கு கிடைத்த மிகப்பெரிய கௌரவமாக கருதுகிறேன். இந்த சுட்டியானது நாட்டின் தலைமையின் செயற்திறன் மற்றும் ஆற்றலுடன் அந்நாட்டின் சுகாதாரத்துறையின் கொவிட் 19 ஐ எதிர்கொள்வதற்கான தயார் நிலையையும் மதிப்பிடுவதற்காக வடிவமைக்கப்பட்ட சுட்டியாகும். இந்த தரவரிசையை அவுஸ்திரேலியாவை தளமாக கொண்டு இயங்கும் பட்டயக் கணக்காளர்கள் நிறுவனம் (ICMA) செய்துள்ளது.   I am honored as the Global Response to Infectious Diseases index has ranked Sri Lanka at ninth position, which is an index designed to rank the efficiency and effectiveness of the leadership of the country and the preparedness of its health system to combat COVID 19. This ranking has been done by Institute of Certified Management Accountants (Australia) (ICMA).
