The Embassy and Permanent Mission of Sri Lanka in Thailand highlighted the growing partnership between Sri Lanka and Thailand in the areas of education, professional development, and capacity building at the Closing Ceremony of the Professional Development Programme on “Women Leadership in the Banking Sector”, held on 27 June 2026 at the Asian Institute of Technology (AIT), Thailand.

Official visit by Hon. Dinesh Gunawardena, Prime Minister of Sri Lanka to the Kingdom of Thailand to attend the 18th United Nations Day of Vesak 2023.
