Sri Lanka Showcases Its Creativity at the Amazing Thailand Global Thai Silk Exhibition 2026
Sri Lanka participated in the Amazing Thailand Global Thai Silk Exhibition 2026, an international initiative showcasing the cultural identities of more than 100 countries through contemporary fashion designs incorporating Thai silk. The initiative was organised by the Tourism Authority of Thailand (TAT) in collaboration with the Association for the Promotion of Thai Silk and Culture.

His Majesty the King Maha Vajiralongkorn Phra Vajiraklaochaoyuhua, Kingdom of Thailand has graciously granted a Royal Audience to Her Excellency C.A. Chaminda I. Colonne, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Sri Lanka to the Kingdom of Thailand, and Permanent Representative to UNESCAP, on 04th November 2021, for the Presentation of Credentials at Ambara Villa, Dusit Palace in Bangkok.
