The Embassy of Sri Lanka in Bangkok facilitated the participation of 35 Sri Lankan companies at the 72nd edition of the Bangkok Gems & Jewelry Fair (BGJF) 2025, being held from 09th to 13th September 2025 in Bangkok.

These companies are exhibiting under the Sri Lanka Pavilion, collectively occupying 48 booths, and are showcasing a wide array of high-quality gemstones and fine jewelry. Additionally, approximately ten other Sri Lankan-owned companies based in Thailand are also participating in the fair, further highlighting the active role of the Sri Lankan business community in the local gems and jewelry industry. Their presence underscores Sri Lanka’s enduring reputation as a global center for precious stones and artisanal craftsmanship, reaffirming the country’s prominence in the international gem and jewelry trade.
