การตรวจลงตรา (visa) เข้าประเทศไทย
สถานเอกอัครราชทูต ณ กรุงโคลัมโบ เปิดตัวระบบนัดหมายวีซ่าออนไลน์อีกครั้ง ตั้งแต่วันที่ 10 พฤศจิกายน 2565 ผู้ยื่นคำร้องขอวีซ่าทุกท่านจะต้องทำการนัดหมายเพื่อยื่นคำร้องขอวีซ่าผ่านระบบนัดหมายวีซ่าออนไลน์

ข้อมูลสำคัญ (IMPORTANT NOTICE)
Thailand introduces new free visa system and two other new categories of visa with effect from 15th July 2024
1. New Free Visa:
Thailand implemented visa free entry for 93 countries including Sri Lanka for the purpose of tourism, business engagements or urgent work or ad-hoc work for 60 days that can be extended for another period not exceeding 30 days. Foreign nationals are eligible to apply for a new type of visa in Thailand before the maximum stay of 90 days.
2. Destination Thailand Visa (DTV):
5 years multiple entry visa (180 days per entry) can be applied by digital nomads, remote workers, freelancers and participants in activities such as Muay Thai courses, Thai cooking classes, sports training, medical treatment, seminars and music festivals. Spouses and dependent children of DTV holders are also eligible to apply for this visa.
3. Non-immigrant Education Visa (Non-ED Plus Visa):
Aimed at facilitating international students studying at universities in Thailand at the bachelor’s degree level or higher. Foreign students during the course of study can depart and re-enter Thailand without the need for a re-entry permit.

การได้รับการยกเว้นการตรวจลงตรา(visa)สำหรับผู้ถือหนังสือเดินทางทางการทูตและข้าราชการ
จากการลงนามระหว่างประเทศไทยและศรีลังกา ว่าด้วยเรื่องการยกเว้นวีซ่าสำหรับผู้ถือหนังสือเดินทางทางการทูตและข้าราชการ ให้มีผลบังคับใช้วันที่ 14 กุมภาพันธ์ 2557 ผู้ถือหนังสือเดินทางางการทูตและข้าราชการของแต่ละประเทศไม่จำเป็นต้องใช้วีซ่าสำหรับเข้าออกประเทศ หรือต่อเครื่อง แต่ต้องไม่รับการจ้างงานใดๆ กิจการของตัวเอง หรือกิจกรรมส่วนตัวอื่นใดในแต่ละประเทศ
เอกสารเกี่ยวกับโควิด19 อย่างเช่น ใบรับรองการฉีดวัคซีน และผลการตรวจโควิดเมื่อมาถึงประเทศไทย
